Mermaids, Fairy Tales, Zombies, and more. I’m printing a collection of collaborative coloring books…for (so called) grown-ups!
This is a bit belated - but I thought I should let everyone know that there’s a Kickstarter for coloring books printed by Ellen Million going on.
How is that relevant? Well - my work is available in two of their reprints, Rum and Ruffians and Steam Dreaming. Rum and Ruffians features two of my pieces, a swashbuckling man and a lady pirate and a monkey. Steam Dreaming features another two pieces, this time a steampunk mermaid and a “poster” of a fanciful train, a gentleman, a girl with a giant wrench, an exotic young prince and his… robot monkey. Hmm. I didn’t notice the theme until now - I’ll need to remember that for future submissions. ;)
Rum and Ruffians has sold out of the print copies as of this post, but you might be able to pick up PDF copies. (EDIT: Doesn’t seem to be available as a PDF, but if you were really interested, you could always ask very nicely, and maybe Ellen Million will be able to?) Steam Dreaming still has a double-handful left of the reprint and is available as a PDF.
Kokeshi Magnet Dolls
Semi-3D kokeshi magnet dolls I made for a convention earlier this month. :)
The scans actually show flaws that aren’t readily visible in person. (Like how you can sometimes see the kimono through the obi. It’s less obvious or even completely not visible in person.) The glitter is less offensive in person too. ::laughs:: (Though I’m still glad that I stopped with the glitter after the first test batch.)
I gave many of them nicknames, but it seems silly for me to list them all. But I’ll bet you can figure out who I nicknamed “Citrus-Chan” and “Egypt-Chan”. xD
Details: The magnets are about 2 inches tall by 1.5 inches wide. If you can’t live without one or want a custom doll, they’re 7 USD each. (As always, my prices are slightly cheaper at conventions - so if you’re going to Momocon next year and can wait until then…)
A cute skull. Either there weren’t many people in Adelaide who went to AvCon that like things like cute skulls, or they just weren’t the sort to spend money on such things - because not one sold. xD
Skullies are available as magnets in “Tiny” size. They’re approximately 3cm wide by 3.5cm tall. Click here for order info!
Red and Blue Daruma
Two darumas with blank eyes, so you can fill them in just like the 3D sort of daruma if you’re working towards a goal. :3 As I hear it, you fill in the first eye when you start a project or work towards a goal and the second when you complete/accomplish it.
Red and Blue darumas are sold separately. They’re “Tiny” magnets and are approximately 3cm wide by 3.5cm tall. Click here for purchasing info!
Puppy in Link Cosplay
No particular reason - I just wanted to. xD
Available as a magnet in “Small” size. It’s approximately 4cm wide by 6cm tall. Click here for ordering info!
A Dog Named Chips
I have such a craving for French fries right now, you’ve no idea.
Available as a magnet in “Small” size. It’s approximately 4.5cm wide by 5.5cm tall. Click here for purchase info!
If I knew more about sushi/sashimi, I could probably joke about what sorts of bits are here and there. Unfortunately, all I’m willing to venture (so I don’t embarrass myself) is that there’s wasabi on his head. xD
Sushi Dog is available as a magnet in “Small” size. It’s approximately 5cm wide by 3.5cm tall. Click here for more purchasing info!
No pun or gag or in-joke here. I just wanted to draw a wonwon-ko orange.
Available as a magnet in “Small” size. It’s approximately 3cm wide by 6cm tall. Click here for purchase info. :3
As soon as I mentioned wonwon-ko, you guys knew this was coming, right? Then let’s get it out of the way, because this pup doesn’t look any more amused than you guys probably are. ;)
Available as a “Medium” sized magnet, approximately 3.5cm wide by 7cm tall. Click here for further purchasing info!
I decided to do a dog counterpart to “nyanko”. Since “nyan” is the sound cats make in Japanese, I had a friend look up what sound dogs make in Japanese. Thus, “wonwon-ko” were born. :3
I can’t remember what inspired a pineapple to be my first offering, but I’ll just say it’s a tribute to my friend Howdy. 8D
It’s available as a magnet in “Medium” size. It is approximately 4.5cm wide by 8cm tall. Click here for purchase info!
